It's simply not fair. Some people were born lucky and can eat whatever they like without having to worry about putting on weight.

They can eat a super-size burger, a big bowl of chips and an ice-cream sundae without a care in the world.

Other people aren't so lucky: they've gone through life worrying about every single thing they eat because it instantly goes to their hips, thighs and stomach. Talk about life not being fair.

However, if you're serious about losing weight and fall into the last category, you just need to accept that this is a reality and get on with it. One thing is for sure, it certainly won't do you any good to fall into the trap so many people are susceptible to where you believe the following myths:

Myth:    You were born fat and it's just a part of your genetics. Just give up and accept your predicament

Fact:    Not everyone can become a Paris Hilton, Demi Moore or Tom  Cruise. And your hereditary will, to some degree dictate how easy it is for you to burn fat. However it can be done  when you follow scientifically proven steps - make no   mistake about it.

Myth:    It's impossible for some people to burn fat because their  metabolism is too slow

Fact:    There is a body type called an endomorph which tends to favour fat storage. And yes, they do have a slower  metabolism.

YES... they do pack on the pounds quickly when they drop their guard and eat bad food
YES... their weight balloons when they stop exercising
YES... they may hold onto stored fat, even on a clean diet

If that sounds like you, then you'll need to adjust your  approach to achieve your objectives.  That means you may  need to be more disciplined, persistent and train harder than other people. You might not be able to get away with   as many cheat days, and you need to be able to accept this.

After all, once you accept the reality, you can start working towards creating your ideal body. You can throw all the excuses out the window as to why you can't succeed and just get on with it.
