Summer time is near. On a pretty day, burn some calories early in the day..not your skin! Get Outdoors and  Get Fit!

 

  • Play Frisbee with your dog for 30 minutes to burn 135 calories.
  • Bicycle for 30 minutes and burn 360 calories.
  • Swim for 30 minutes and burn 270 calories.
