Low fat, low calorie, high-protein:

MetaboDREAM Ice Cream

Ice Cream: Use 2 scoops of Vanilla Metabowize powder 1 cup each pure, cold water and 2% milk 12-1 cup frozen berries of choice ( unsweetened)

Sweeten to taste with all natural non-caloric sweetener(I use 3 level tablespoons of a natural product called "Just Like Sugar")

Blend all ingredients until smooth, thick and combined, Then put into whatever ice cream maker you have and process as per manufacturers instruction.

Mine took 20 minutes in the pre frozen ice cream machine cylinder + another 20 minutes in the freezer after transferring to recycled plastic ice cream container.

This is delicious. Last night I made a batch with a cup of fresh strawberries, which are available locally right now; do I have to tell you how good that was ! ! !

AND all low fat, low calorie, high-protein MetaboDREAM Ice Cream....enjoy,
